Refund & Return Policy

Not meant to be? It’s true that not everything is meant to be but at least everything was worth a try.

What items can be returned?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

Items must be in original condition and in the original packaging (including the tags, all paddings and hygiene seal intact).

Clothing must be unwashed and unworn.

How do I return?

As soon as you place an order with us, an account will be created for you. You will receive an email with your login details (please check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox). For security reasons, you will need to set a new password the first time you log in.

Step 1: Go to My Account then click on the Orders tab to see your orders.

Step 2: If your order is within our 14 day policy, you’ll be able to select the order you’d like to return.

Step 3: After filling out this form you will be able to send the return request to us.  

Step 4: We will be in touch with any next steps or to confirm once return has been accepted.

Are there any charges for return?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of sending back the item/s is yours. Please ensure that your item/s are placed neatly, secured and properly sealed within a postbag. Shipping costs are non-refundable by Up&Downn. 

How soon will  I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your request has been approved or rejected for refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5 working days.
