How do I get help with sizing?

You can check our size chart here, or send your bust, underbust, waist & hip dimensions to hello@upanddownn.com.

Can I return an item?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided you have the following:

• Proof of purchase (order number)

• Garment/s are in their original condition, with tags and hygiene stickers still attached.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

How can I return an item?

As soon as you place an order with us, an account will be created for you. You will receive an email with your login details (please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox). For security reasons, you will need to set a new password the first time you log in.

To return a product, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to My Account then click on the Orders tab to see your orders.

Step 2: If your order is within our 14 day policy, you’ll be able to select the order you’d like to return.

Step 3: After filling out this form you will be able to send the return request to us.  

Step 4: We will be in touch with any next steps or to confirm once return has been accepted.

When will I receive my refund payment?

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of Up&Downn receiving the return parcel. Notification will be sent to the nominated email address at the time of this transaction.

Note: Up&Downn cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing timeframes.

When will my return be processed?

Once your returns arrive at Up&Downn warehouse, we will process your return within 2-3 business days of receiving your items. We thank you for your patience and please email us at hello@upanddownn.com if you need your return processed urgently.

My item is faulty or incorrect, what do I do?

In the rare chance a customer receives a faulty or incorrect item, please use our account portal to submit images and details of the fault or the item you did receive. You can also email our team at hello@upanddownn.com with the subject lineFaulty/Incorrect Item - Order # XXX and your order number. We will resolve the issue with a replacement, refund or repair in line with Australian Consumer Legislation.

What is the size of the pocket in the swimsuit?

Our swimsuits feature two sizes of pockets for your convenience:

  • Large Pocket: Designed to securely hold larger items such as your mobile phone, sunscreen, or other essentials.
  • Small Card Holder Pocket: Specifically sized for smaller items like cards, cash, and keys, ensuring they stay safe and easily accessible.
Should the swimsuit feel a little tight when worn for the first time?

To answer simply: Yes, it’s completely normal! Our swimsuits are designed to fit snugly at first to ensure they provide the best support and comfort. The fabric will gently stretch and mold to your body after a few wears, giving you a perfect fit.

Where are your products made?

Our products are proudly made in our small in-house production unit in Mumbai, India, where all workers are paid fair wages and provided with good working conditions.

What materials do you use in your swimwear?

We use high-quality, eco-friendly materials such as recycled polyester fabric made in Italy. Our commitment to sustainability ensures our swimwear is kind to the planet and comfortable for you.
